What is Cumlaude Serotogyn Nocta 30+30 capsules and what is it for?
Serotogyn Nocta is a food supplement based on Melatonin, hops extract, L-tryptaphan, GABA, magnesium and vitamins B6 and D. Melatonin helps reduce the time needed to fall asleep. The beneficial effects of melatonin are obtained with an ingestion of 1mg of melatonin shortly before going to sleep.
Magnesium and Vitamin B6 contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system. In addition, Vitamin B6 helps reduce tiredness and fatigue and helps regulate hormonal activity.
Vitamin D contributes to the maintenance of bones in normal conditions
How to use
Take 1 capsule a day before going to bed with a large glass of water.
