What is Epaplus Sleepcare Melatonin Retard Balance used for?
It is a food supplement based on Melatonin, tryptophan, ashwagandha, vitamins and minerals.
- Melatonin: - 1 mg of melatonin helps reduce the time needed to fall asleep.
- 0.5 mg of melatonin help alleviate the subjective sensation of jet lag.
The RETARD formula maintains the release of melatonin and ashwaganda throughout the night (8 hours).
