Full Marks Solution is effective against lice alive and helps loosen the nits.
The nit comb (fine tooth comb and strong) is used for the removal of dead lice and nits.
Unlike traditional treatments with insecticides Full Marks solution exerts a physical action on lice causing dehydration and death.
The mixture of these ingredients crashes tracheal respiratory system of the louse which rapidly become immobilized.
Furthermore, the mixture covers the shell of the louse and dissolves the lipid layer deteriorating it and making it more susceptible to loss of water, so that the louse is dehydrated and dies.

Currently, are not known any other mechanism by which the lice can develop resistance to this mode of action.
FullMarks ingredients are commonly used in cosmetics and its repeated use does not generate resistance and it is well tolerated.
After 10 min of application and by special comb that is included, it must remove lice and nits from the head.
