Melagyn® vaginal moisturiser is a non-hormonal muco-adhesive gel that hydrates and favours recovery of flexibility and elasticity of the vaginal mucus in cases of dryness, as often occurs during menopause, postpartum and breastfeeding, the last period of the menstrual cycle, after vaginal surgery, chemotherapy and radiotherapy, and when taking oral contraceptives or other medication.

Other causes of vaginal dryness are stress, hypersensitivity to chemical substances (soaps, perfumes, deodorants) and the use of synthetic or tight-fitting underwear.
