How to use
If you smoke:
- Less than 20 cigarettes a day (low dependence) take between 8-12 1mg tablets a day
- From 20 to 30 cigarettes a day (high moderate dependence) take 8-12 tablets of 1mg / 2mg as needed
- More than 30 cigarettes a day (high dependence) take 8-12 tablets preferably 2mg
