Features
Oniria is a food supplement that contains melatonin. Melatonin is a hormone produced by our body. Its production increases with darkness and is inhibited by the presence of light. Melatonin helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep.
Each Oniria prolonged-release tablet contains 1.98mg of melatonin. The Oniria formulation allows:
- Fast action thanks to the immediate release of melatonin (1mg)
- A long duration thanks to the prolonged release of melatonin (0.98mg)
How to use:
The recommended daily dose is 1 tablet per day. It is advisable to take Oniria half an hour or an hour before going to bed, preferably at the same time each day.
