Payment methods

lafarmaciaonline.com accepts three payment methods:

Credit card

lafarmaciaonline.com assures that cannot have any access to private details of customers credit cards nor of the bank accounts and that this information won't be stored. Only Banco Santander and its management system can have access to this information in order to process the payment.

Once the payment is processed, lafarmaciaonline.com will send an e-mail to the customer confirming all the order details.

C.O.D.

The customer will pay the total amount of the order once it will be received at the address specified in the order form.

This payment method has an extra cost of 2 euros on the total amount of the order.

C.O.D. will be accepted only in the Peninsula.

NOTE: C.O.B. orders maximum amount is €350.00. In case the total price of the order is higher, the customer should choose another payment method.

NOTE: C.O.D. orders will be sent once they will be confirmed by phone by lafarmaciaonline.com staff. For this reason, the period of shipment will start after this confirmation. Please, assure that the phone number indicated in your order form is the right one.

C.O.D. payment will not be accepted for Balearic Islands, payment will be processed by credit card or bank transfer.

PayPal

Simply pay with your email and password, lafarmaciaonline.com does not have access to the user's financial data.

This form of payment has an increase of 1.7% of the total purchase, the amount of which is reflected in Step 3 when placing the order.

Once the order is formalized, lafarmaciaonline.com will send an e-mail to the customer confirming the details of their purchase.
