How to Apply
Clean and dry the skin of the nose thoroughly before applying the strip.
Remove the adhesive backing and place the strip centered on the bridge of the nose, with the elastic bands aligned with the sides of the nostrils.
Press gently to ensure good adhesion.
To remove, moisten the strip with warm water and slowly lift it by the ends.
