Elsa Fernández

Elsa joined the team in 2008 and among the tasks performed daily are the preparation of orders and customer service by phone, e-mail or WhatsApp. It is also responsible for preparing the bolletins that we send weekly to customers registered in it.

On the other hand, Elsa as a computer technician is responsible for some of the operation of the website and image of it, in these tasks also works the company Gurenet Teknologia.

Pedro Mota

Pedro is the pharmacist and is in charge of reviewing all the information attached to the products, especially in the section “medicines”, as well as reviewing the orders and advice provided to our customers through the different channels, as well as reviewing our Blogs

It is colleged by the official pharmacy school of Cantabria (registered number 1673).

Susana Aspiazu

Susana is a pharmacy technician and she is part of farmaciaonline since its beginnings in 2007 and between the daily tasks that she performes are the order preparations, customer support through contact lines described. Apart of this, another of the functions that she perfoms is to attach to every product the corresponding description and the publication of our Blogs.

Paloma Sastrón

Paloma is a pharmacist and takes care of online content: she writes the contents of the blog, product information and the categories of our online pharmacy. In her posts you will find information about quality health issues and based on scientific studies. In addition, she does it in a clear, dynamic and enjoyable manner.
